We walk alongside the elderly, orphans and homeless children of Eastern Uganda — providing food, shelter, healthcare, education and spiritual care so no one walks alone.
God First Charity Foundation began as a personal conviction — to extend a helping hand to the many elderly, orphans and homeless children across Mayuge and the wider Busoga region who lack the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, clothing and medical care.
Many of the elderly cannot afford these needs on their own. Some have children who have abandoned them. Children roam the streets without guidance. We believe every person, regardless of age or status, deserves a life of dignity.

Today we are a registered Community Based Organization supervised by a ministry director and board, championing the rights and interests of the most vulnerable — putting them first.
This is our most ambitious project yet. We're raising funds to purchase land and construct a permanent home — a school and orphanage that will serve as a sanctuary for vulnerable children in Mayuge.
